COVID-19 Precautions for Visitors
With guidance from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services (CMS) and further discussion regarding precautions for the COVID-19, Shell Lake Health Care Center is changing the visitation limitations.
Effective immediately, we are allowing visitors at this time. Visitors must adhere to CDC and CMS visitor guidelines.
Shell Lake Health Care Center is dedicated to protecting the health and well-being of the residents, tenants, and staff in our community. These measures, unfortunately, need to be put in place to continue to keep them safe and as healthy as possible.
